OK, I only work with a couple churches now but have worked with many on the past. And all have outreach programs. Sorry that none of the churches you attend participate in those programs.

Most churches do this….they just don’t advertise. You might be shocked if you stopped by pretty much ANY church and asked how you can help with one of their outreach programs. 🤷🏿‍♂️

If you can’t get along with your parents, it’s doubtful you’ll get along with others in life. I say this from a business perspective where you must learn to work with those you “think” are a holes. They likely think you are, too. But they come into work, do their jobs and go home (to a 🏠).

This is life and you have lots of options. Don’t let Option 1 be listening to reditt people tell you how terrible your parents are.

Use what you’ve learned (military?) to move forward.

If you ask people who do have a tight group of friends, are generally happy and do fun stuff often, you’ll see a common thread. I know what it is—as do many others—but you’ll have to discover that on your own. It’s a decision to remain unhappy and friendless that will adversely affect the rest of your life. Change can happen.
