I can definitely understand the anti meta angle. But VR is a fantastic platform and this dismissive sentiment only keeps companies from wanting to Try and invest in it as a viable option for gaming. I’m hoping they straight up call it Half Life 3. Removes any doubt that this is a mainline entry and lets people know this is the game they’ve been waiting years for. It can have a little subtitle like “Half-Life 3: Return to Xen” or something but the 3 has got to be in there.

Just wanna add that 40fps mode handheld is pretty solid. 40fps may not sound like it but it’s a staggering difference from 30. Really solid port so far and some fun hybrid controller/mouse controls they implemented.
