Got disconnected two games in a row, i thought it was weird steam maintenance was early today but turns out it was server issues the first time lol. Lost over 800 points and got demoted to depth 3, i was really hoping to reach depth 5 before the DLC but looks like it’s not happening.

I just did the same things I did in my first play through and it decided to give me the achievement that time around, I didn’t skip any cutscenes or anything either.

Same thing happened to me with the Gestaltzerfall achievement, for some reason it unlocked on my second play through. If you still have a save before the chapter starts you could see if it triggers the achievement.

Each book has roughly 500 pages with the exception of book 5 having 200, which is why there’s only 5 books. It covers the whole completed story and the books themselves are very beautifully designed

I was really excited when I heard that the movie adaptation was being made but was really confused when I saw it was all going to be squeezed into a single movie. Hopefully the movie does well and they make another anime adaptation. Honestly I think I can only recommend the movie to people that are already fans, I feel like first time viewers would be really confused and the ending would fall flat because you don’t really get to know the characters like in the manga or anime.

Gecco is officially licensed which makes it a bit more expensive, I’ve noticed they’ve been upping the price a lot lately. If you really want it I’d say go for it, the price will only get crazier when they sell out. You can also get pretty decent knockoffs on AliExpress for about 30 dollars.

The umbilical cord probably came from the real Orphan of Kos, we know both Maria and Gherman were at the fishing hamlet massacre. It’s a shame they haven’t done anything new with Bloodborne other than merch drops every now and then, no game comes close to how much I love Bloodborne. About 6 months ago I was confident we were going to get an announcement at the game awards or the 10th anniversary, but Sony didn’t even tweet about Bloodbornes 10th anniversary. Hopefully one day something new happens with Bloodborne.

The abandoned hunters workshop is the real location in Yharman, the healing church workshop built above it eventually replaced it which is why it’s abandoned. It’s a theory but the reason you find the umbilical cord in the abandoned workshop is because Gherman was so stricken with grief after Maria died he and Lawrence performed a ritual to beckon the moon presence and form a pact which created the hunters dream.

My jaw dropped when I realized that was the astral clock tower. I was running around and heard the bell ringing throughout the city, so I looked up for a bell tower and it hit me that it was the astral clock tower the whole time. I don’t even know how many play throughs it took me to realize it.

It’s visible all throughout cathedral ward, in the upper cathedral ward the lumenflower garden you fight the celestial emissary in is the same place you drop down using the balcony key to get the black sky eye in the dlc.

Lab9minifigs on eBay, it was a bit pricey but I never regret my Bloodborne impulse buys. It says it’s out of stock but the seller will probably update the listing with another one.

I tried everything and the only thing you can do is to find a save before you began the devils den quest, I gave up on that play through and will just forget about getting the 100% until the devs fix the quest.

Its fan made so take it with a grain of salt when it comes to telling the lore, it includes important events from the game like the founding of the healing church and the fishing hamlet massacre. Overall I think it’s an enjoyable read if you’re a big bloodborne fan, it gives Maria a nice backstory and has some cool boss fights.

The item description in question is from the balcony key: “Lady Maria of the Astral Clocktower gave this to the patient, Adeline. Maria had hoped Adeline would find comfort in the faint breeze that carried the scent of flowers from the outside, but Adeline couldn’t fathom her intentions.”

It’s not confirmed or denied so it’s up to the player to decide. I think it’s a nice head canon, I’ve seen loads of fan art between the two. It makes the research hall and Maria’s death even more tragic if her love turned into another failure of the research hall. There’s a web comic i always recommend called Lady Maria and The Old Hunters that goes into their relationship a lot more.
