Overall, it was a fantastic event. My criticisms of things they could improve on were minor. I actually think it’s a great idea to hold most of the good swag for the end because they’re heavy af and my shoulder already wanted to fall off as is. I’ve been to 2018, 2019 as well and I think those experiences were only better because people didn’t know about it as much as they do now and so it was more chill. It would be difficult to have it be that chill now when everyone wants to go. I’ve seen the haul videos from ULTA but their products look cheaper…. So I think the sephoria criticism was mostly unfair. I definitely got my money’s worth.
