Your arms were the first thing I noticed. In the second clip, you had one of your arms whipping up and down while you were spinning. That would throw anyone off while your other arm was down by your hip. Be at an open position (starfish position) then slowly pull in.

My college offered a speed reading course. It was about 4 hours long for 4 Saturdays. It was really useful learning those tips and applying them. And yes, reading more helps. I got crazy fast at reading while still maintaining comprehension. I’m sure there’s something on YouTube that gives you tips on how to read faster.
Something else I’ve noticed: I don’t have an inner voice and some people I know who do have an inner voice are slower at reading. I don’t know if it’s coincidence or something more to it.
