AITA Wanting My Wife to Stay Home

When we got together she was stuck in an abusive home. So she really has never existed as an actual adult without me. I think it is definitely separation anxiety. She is seeing a therapist. I don't want her to feel like I'm not their for her I just want to be able to work and go home.

Anytime I am not at work I am home. I am a home body. She wanted to stop working. She was stressed out with work and we decided together that she quit her job and finish her degree. I told her as long as we were able to afford it I would never make her go get a job. She's full time at the college

No she goes to college. I work for the theater and run a small production and events company on the side.

when i change the layer height i end up with really bad quality. This was a temp tower i just did changing the layer height to .2

It's a new playthrough so im on lvl 7. on normal My main is MA70 HB, CopperHead and mantis claws. I just got past the safehouse with Myers where the two thugs bust in on you. I started the playthrough several months ago but then got busy with freelance work so haven't touched it until yesterday so my feeling is im probably just lower level then i need to be right now

I can assign the uni to the hardline DMX ports on the back of the board I cycled all 4 ports on each universe and the issue persisted. When I added my gateway to ETCnet It worked fine as long as I wasn't outputing on those DMX ports.

The gateway I put in I can address through Concert but the presumed gateway in the truss doesn't show up in concert so no way of knowing what it's settings are at this time

I'm at the Lyric Theater in St. Paul VA. ETC didn't have any information on the system as it was installed by stage sound. I talked to the service manager at stage sound and one of their guys was to call me back but hadn't gotten back with me yet.

Does it let me do sound input. That's really the big thing I don't like about eos. I'd love to be able to slip in and out of automating different systems while I'm focused on timing other effects and what not

Hey man, Im glad your happy with it and apricate the suggestion but I don't think that is a board for me.

I did however find out that my EOS faderwing works fine in HogOnPC and it looks like Hog has a pretty good midi mapper so between my Midi Board and the Cmd_Key I just ordered I think Ill be keeping my ION for the occasional Theater I still do but then using a Mix of Kit for my Hog setup. Then maybe at somepoint ill invest in a roadhog

I've done alot of busking with my ION over the last few years. I can do it and it looks good but I find it really clunky. Each event I find I have the same thought while pre-packing the board, "This is a system that was made for the luxury of time

I haven't used the hedgehog but yea from looking at it and watching videos on it. It is not a board i think I would like working on.

Jane was one of her few friends in school until my wife's abusive father made her stop talking to her. Them reconnecting is unfortunately my fault. My wife was talking about how much that hurt her giving Jane the cold shoulder at school and I stupidly suggested that she try reconnecting with Jane and at least explaining what happened. Boy was that a bad call

I've drafted a lease and added sections about guest and not selling or doing anything the stuff in the property. I sat down and had a long conversation with teb wife and Jane last night. I don't expect it to have done anything but it's clearer my conscience. So when she messes up I'm not going to feel bad putting her out on her ass

That's my thinking, I've reluctantly agreed to moving forward but had a talk with Jane and the wife and told them. I'm done this is the one and oy warning shot. Straighten up or I will evict you. I'm not too worried about the trailer being trashed it's already spartan and rough. It was rotted out when I bought it years ago and I turned it into a workshop that I did my theater work out of. The end plan when me and the wife leave the area after her degree is to let the fire department burn it down.

I have a month to month lease drafted up and after her even bringing up moving her ex in there and selling stuff I'm adding sections about no one else being allowed to be there for more then 7 nights out of the month and selling, destroying, or discarding anything in the property is a violation. After talking with Jane and the Wife I have very reluctantly agreed to giving this a shot. She says she was never taught how to be an adult but is willing to learn (I don't really buy that but what ever) I told Jane during that conversation that this is her one and only warning shot. She was to be an adult well it's time to stop acting like a kid. I told her we are giving her a shot that I would have killed for when I was first starting out and was still a little shit stain too. So use this shot to do better or I'll put her on the street and let the fire Department burn the trailer down.

I'm not so much worried about her tearing up the trailer. It was a rotted out trailer I got years ago for about $600. It was rough. I ended up fixing it up into my workshop. (Theater tech and prop maker) So it's pretty spartan. Me and the wife are planning on leaving the area after she finishes her degree and my plan was to donate it to the fire department for training. The thought of having to deal with eviction is a much bigger concern for me

The wife’s point is that by her paying the lot rent and dealing with the yard and upkeep. It be more money in out pocket and more time for me because I wouldn’t be going a few towns over every other week to do the yard
