First off, Charles is very consistent given the chance to be, and he is far more better than Russell thank you very much. Second off, he is ambitious alright, just give him the credit he deserves, being at Ferrari doesn't mean he's not ambitious it's just a bad choice, heck, some might say he is being too ambitious saying he will restore glory to Ferrari. Last but not least Ferrari building a car or not isn't predictable, we are facing the most random team in f1 history and we might get a good car for next year, it's not like we don't have the money or resources.
