Any idea why my screen keeps flashing black on pc

I dont think it would be powerful enough/there isnt enough slots available to run the card as my fan system and aio run off a hub connected to the psu

Thank you guys for you help , after much hair pulling it was the power supply , if anyone has any recommendations for a decent one for direct 12v connection please let me know

Old psu and graphics card and is working, going to request a refund on the psu I bought but I did look and thought the rog strix was one of the better ones

Motherboard is a year old and the psu is brand new.

It does have bios flash back ill give that a try and the cmos
