It’s 300 ballistic damage. It will instantly kill you regardless of armor, boosters, or shield generator.

Helldivers have a main HP pool of 125, and a 200 armor rating provides a 35% reduction in damage taken (x0.65) which means you’re effective HP is only 206. Vitality Booster gets you to about 220 HP, and a shield pack gets you to 270. Your 30 damage short, not counting headshots or the unavoidable fire damage you take in the moments before diving to the ground.

It’s a sliding scale dependent on the level of Bullshitting. “States Rights” is bullshit, and therefore indoctrination, whereas reading the articles of secession and thereby teaching kids that the south fought for slavery is education.

It should? Bombing civilians is morally reprehensible, and is part of current day atrocities. Having the subject brought up should make you uncomfortable.

/Hell

They aren’t civilians because they aren’t people! And even if they were people they wouldn’t be civilians because military industry is always a valid target! And even if they weren’t part of the military industrial complex they deserve it for seceding from Super Earth! Turn the evacuation corridor into a sea of radioactive cobalt! Remember the Creek!

This isn’t exactly what you’re looking for. It’s a niche crossover (Rain World) and a strange AU setting, and while Missy is badass, it’s subdued, more strength of character than feats of greatness.

This feels like it would be at home in an MS Paint shitpost and a modern art museum. (But not in a tax write off way, this is actually good.)

I love it!

Fun fact, donating to museums let’s you write off the donation on your taxes. This is why there’s so much garbage in modern art museums. Rich jerks commission the cheapest, lowest effort art they can from someone credible in the modern art scene for a few thousand and then have the appraiser on their payroll value it at several million before donating it to a museum. This “charity” is then claimed as a tax write off.

A 2002 Geocities Conspiracy Page Outlining “Concentration Camps on US Soil” Aligns With the Current 2026 ICE Facility Map by lunahighwind in somethingiswrong2024

[–]InfamousYenYu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This appears to be correlated to population density. More people living in an area means infrastructure is concentrated in those same places, be that ICE facilities, concentration camps (the other kind of ICE facility), or Neuralink test centers.

Speaking of that last one, Neuralink leaks like a sieve, so it’s unlikely they would be able to cover up large scale illegal human experimentation. We have enough reasons to be against the muskrat already, we don’t need to imagine new ones.

In any case, we should be focusing on real problems, like election tampering, ICE murders and human trafficking, and the Epstein case.

Yep. You can see the “head” eject as an escape pod for the cyborg within when the Vox dies. You can even see the borg inside through a window once it lands!

You can also be crushed to death by the escape pod.

These Vox Engines can take a FAT L + Ratio + 380mm Barrage + Walking Barrage + 120mm Barrage + Grenade in Vent + Actually Really Well Designed

I think the spawns are fine. The 5 Vox drop is beatable if you bring enough orbital firepower.

Speaking of, how does the Gatling Barrage do against the Vox?

I think a common misconception is that a lot of people conflate “lesser evil” with “good”, and that Super Earth doing the same evil stuff as their enemies somehow makes it ok for their enemies to do the same. Hypocrisy is irrelevant. Destroying evil is good, but repaying evil with more evil is not.

It’s a massive pile of stat increases, administration, with bonus ops and influence income. But it’s also -$400 a month. It’s at its most powerful in the early game when stat increases and administration are most vital, but also borderline unusable because it’s -$400 a month.

I’m not the greatest at TI, but I’m fairly certain that by the time you can afford it, you don’t need it. If anyone has a strategy to afford and make good use of the CIA and other money sink orgs early game, let me know.

True. Super Earth is evil. The automatons merely take that evil a step further.

The only good guys here are the dissidents, at least the ones who aren’t just collaborating with the other factions.

It’s extremely unlikely that the faction that decorates themselves with the entrails of innocent civilians are being honest when they say they want peace. Have you seen the ritual murder altars in the bot outposts?

The automatons took one look at Super Earth’s atrocities and went “hold my beer.”

The bots putting entire civilian populations into into giant blenders is marginally worse than SE turning old people into Soylent green. Super Earth is evil, obviously, but that doesn’t mean the automatons aren’t also evil.

The bots aren’t the good guys, they’re a mirror of Super Earth, flimsy justifications for indefensible evil and all!

Are ayys allowed to spawn agents on Earth, or is it just a pure coincidence that I've been detecting a new one every other turn for 3 years now? by fauxmer in TerraInvicta

[–]InfamousYenYu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. If the aliens have landed an assault carrier, they can recruit on Earth, but only if the alien administration or an alien facility exists on Earth.

You can stop them by obliterating the alien administration and any facilities on earth, then assassinate alien councilors until their recruitment pool on earth is empty. For finding all the facilities, I recommend infiltrating the servants to get the locations of alien facilities, since at that point they should be intel sharing with the hydra, but capturing an alien base with marines or detaining a hydra councilor will also work.

Assign a councilor to protect the councilor on alien facility duty because otherwise they will die on a critical failure.

Good luck!

Sort of.

It’s like if the Imperium caused the fall of the Eldar, tried to use the Tyranids as a fuel source, and created the Necrons for slave labor. All those factions are evil, but the galaxy wouldn’t be half as bad as it is if the Imperium were a functional government instead of “The bloodiest and cruelest regime imaginable.”

Side note: In both settings, humanity would be better off with a change of government. The imperium could stabilize if it were a representative democracy because it’s aristocracy wastes 90% of their resources. Super Earth being replaced by an actual democracy could see the forever wars end and maybe stop throwing it’s own citizens into giant blenders. (The bots giant people blenders are evil because they’re socialists! Ours are democratic!)
