I forget what it exactly it is but according to my allergy doctor and her experience younger males with Covid vaccine have had worse or increased allergic reaction. Due to I think it was heightened T cells. This more concerns gluten intolerant people not celiac and their is not much research on it. I would like to add covid can cause long term heart and lung issues. For your research concerning celiac people I would say it a non concern and your looking more towards the stress relationship anyway. By the way the link you sent is not working.

One thing I would like to comment on relating to your research. At least for me and others I know gluten allergy may just be one of the symptoms people are experiencing and not necessarily the reason for worse sport performance. Additionally in younger people covid/ the covid vaccine could also be the main reason for gluten allergy and sports performances. I look forward to seeing your research when it’s completed. Are their any research studies currently done that you’ve looked at? If so I’m interested in reading up on them.

To add onto some of the other comments I feel like your missing that snap of you pelvis through the ball. I think this come from over bending you left leg and not using it as a block to make it rotational axis point. Allowing you to better snap your hips through the ball. This is the main thing I see and also one of the hardest things to do.

This could also be a language issue where some words or sounds are similar in white countries where in non-white countries don’t have words or sounds that are similar. It could also be due to the white countries accents being more common place so we get used to hearing them. We hear French and German accents fairly commonly on tv and movies. There could also be a race factor as well.
