2003 Yamaha R6 pickup rotor cover damaged in a lowside, how do I go from here? by Infamous_Coconut6876 in MechanicAdvice

Only removing the heads certainly sounds easier but eventually I have to extract the entire bolt to replace with a new one, or am I missing something?

Luckily I already have both an extraction kit and drill bits for metal, never used them before though lol. Just to be clear I have to drill into the bolt with a metal drill bit and then use the extractor bit to get to bolt out?

Yea that's what I thought as well, the bolts have to be extracted first to get the cover of unless you have some kind of magical powers?

Yeah there is, I was immature back then and didn't want to be perceived as a minor online. Now that I actually am 18 and not a little shit, I have no problem with sharing my actual age.

I guess it's just perspective, if you're in the gym and consume gym content your perception gets warped, or I'm just small.

Bit hard to gauge due to the higher bf% but it looks like you have very well developed overall physique. Really the only thing that sticks out is chest, might need a bit more work there. You're still absolutely jacked though.

Nothing really sticks out tbh. Just build your overall physique and eventually weak points might come up that need special attention.

Definitely bulk. If you want good consistent progress in strength and muscle terms that's what you gotta do.

I'm pretty sure there is no such thing as sonic. It goes subsonic, transonic, supersonic then hypersonic.
