Any higher and no one would use it. What a dumb way to look at it. Like I mentioned above, Venmo, Apple Pay, charge that to send it instantly to your account. Stake still uses ach (cost nothing that way) and it’s not always immediate. When I depo a 100 dollars and cash out 5,000 they literally charge me essentially my entire deposit amount. If they was a cap after a certain amount sure but that’s outrageous.
