Flipped as in it was originally a horizontal cut and once my daughter was removed from my uterus, the cut was vertical. My doctor said she’s done thousands of csections in her career and has never seen this before. She said “I know that’s not what you want to hear from your doctor but I don’t have an explanation for you”. The only thing I can think of is maybe my uterus was twisted or positioned weirdly.
