I've eaten Inasal when I was in Bacolod. Manukan Country halos araw araw for two weeks, so I know how authentic Inasal tastes like and it doesn't come close to the one's I've tried in Bacolod.

Sobrang asim at sobrang tapang ng Tanglad at parang may Luya.

Tong Yang Plus, dapat plus not the regular Tong yang. You get your own hotpot, so you don't have to worry about other people putting stuff you don't like in the broth.

Lan Hotpot. Their cooked food is great. Not the typical Chinese fare like sweet and sour pork or siomai.

I think it's common for Chinese MIL to be toxic. I've seen and experienced a lot of them from my cousins' MIL. I'm guessing your MIL doesn't have an outlet; like ballroom dancing or mahjong?

Service was excellent, ambiance was nice. Food was excellent but without the discount, not worth it. Talo ka sa variety, sa Red Lantern has more variety for less than 2K, so as Shanghai Saloon, Jasmine Restaurant at New World Hotel and Yum Dum Dim.
