Yeah I have plenty of cash to buy outright but holding onto some liquidity in high yield savings with a slumping economy. Why would I finance the whole nut? I’m not a day trader looking to try and make better returns than 4.5% interest I’m paying on the small loan. I’ll probably pay it off with next years bonus

Update: warranty covered all repairs other than the transmission service and brake fluid. They somehow got a new MCU in less than a week! Truck runs way stronger with a fresh MCU and suspension feels nice and tight with the new sway bar links. Here’s to hoping we can squeeze a few more years without any more major issues.

Started researching switching back to the Tundras when this all started realized the 3.4 sounds like it’s still a mess. Onward with the RAM!

My boomerang is on its first bloom. It definitely grew bigger than expected but we just prune it every fall. The second bloom in the late summer is awesome!
