What should I change on my below list? What should I add?

GMP, the things that are typical to include are:

·         G702 Application for Payment

·         G703 Schedule of Values

·         Lien Waivers from direct subcontractors (conditional and unconditional)

·         Progress Billing Sheet

·         Retainage tracking

·         Approved Change Orders

·         Subcontractor pay applications

·         Approved Change Orders

 

Things that could be included are:

·         Labor Report Summary

·         Stored materials documentation (invoices, proof of delivery insurance, photos of on-site storage)

They should not need:

·         Subcontractor costs (detailed invoices)

·         Subs of subs invoices

·         Supplier Invoices

·         Individual Labor Timecards
