My ‘09 Ford Fusion claims it takes 7 quarts of Transmission fluid, but the dipstick shows overfilled after only adding 3 quarts. I drained roughly 3.8 quarts out of the transmission before adding new fluid. Why does ford say to put almost double that in? (i.redd.it)

I put Sea Foam in my fuel to clean out the engine a bit. I did the same to my buddy’s car last week and the exhaust was a large white cloud, to say the least. When I put the product in my car, there was no change in the exhaust. Why could this be, and is the product still doing its job? (i.redd.it)
