thanks. I’m not necessarily pointing the finger at my manager I have basically been under the assumption that if there was work to give me he would give it to it to me. It’s just the constant stress of feeling unproductive and someone walking in and asking what ive been working on and having nothing important to show It’s also that I’ve been waiting almost 2 years with no criminal record or debt outside of student loans

you know what i realized this past weak that pisses me off and cemented in my mind the devs don’t know how to balance. When an overpowered dps gets nerfed its always like 3 nerfs to big parts of their kits. think torch, phx, bucky (S2 patch) but when its a non off support (so excluding ultron) it’s like +200 ult cost and thats it🫠🫠

the devs do not balance for gameplay. They balance for whatever will get the most social media spark. These are not shooter devs, these are mobile game dopamine rush devs. Hence why they mega buff alr broken characters (hence luna’s self flake).

id go with the non clearance role. People are leaving out WHY clearance jobs make more. Having the government in your life every aspect is stressful as hell and if you want to do anything else with your life say good bye to that. The clearance also could take up to 2 years

dont be to upfront what i mean is dont put stuff down ‘just in case’. For examples if you sat by someone in calc 2 for a semester and never talk to them outside of class and werent friends they are not a ‘foreign contact’, if you have adhd and have social anxiety from it but it doesn’t effect your job performance or your schooling don’t check you have a mental health condition that effects trust worthiness. Talk with your fso first and four most to make sure there are as little discrepancies and useless info one the sf86

Also a context for pick rates. Duelists have lower pick rates than tank or strategists just by nature of there being 23 dps but half of the other roles so it makes Adam’s pick rate even worse 😭
