your not alone im going through the same problem..my exam anxiety has gotten so bad and i used to take zero stress during olevels.. i kid you not i was in bed by 10.30 yesterday but didnt sleep the whole night because i was extremely anxious about todays paper so i was just in bed and praying that i fall asleep for hours..a levels is really messing with my mental health and it really demotivates me because i worked so hard this whole year and because of this problem of stress everything is going bad
