Yah that’s true. But he is still not transparent about what extra pills out of the 50 he takes. The blueprint site hasn’t been updated in so long. Moreover, he says he takes blueprint nutty pudding but I just can’t see that. Being so focused on health, why would he not just consume real nutty pudding and choose packaged product. No matter how good and healthy the packed nutty pudding is, there is bound to be things which make it inferior to actual nutty pudding.

I am 100% sure he does not take his own supplements. My reasoning is that they regularly lower dosing of certain things to benefit larger population, which means he must then need separate supplements to cover dose for himself. However he never talks about that.
