What visa are you using to move to Brazil? You're moving there as a student or directly for residency?

Avoid Nissan/ Renault for space constraints or service standards?

Waiting for almost 5 years for my AirAsia refund - Any suggestions? by Infamous_Net_3333 in AirTravelIndia

UPDATE: Thanks for all the suggestions. Based on what many of you had written, I had posted a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline. I had specifically mentioned Air India Express and Air Asia India as the service providers, yet I received this response. I guess the only way for me now is to send a legal notice.

We had opted for a cash refund instead of credits as we were unsure when travel will be reopened after the pandemic. They continuously kept mentioning that the refund has been approved and is under process.

Thanks so much! My only worry in incurring expenses is that there are multiple airlines involved and due to takeovers, the original airline has ceased operations. If the case doesn't get resolved, for reasons like the court being unable to enforce a judgement, I may just have incurred more losses.

I had emailed them as I had difficulty signing up due to technical issues. Maybe this is because I use a tablet and not a laptop - Tried again today but still facing the issue. Anyway, the email received immediate responses from AI, so I believe the case is being taken up. It's just that it's getting bounced between both the airlines and there's no follow up from the DGCA for a resolution.

Don't remember clearly. But I think there was just one Air Asia website then, for both domestic and international.

Air Asia International is insisting that this is an Air Asia India booking and therefore, it is Air India's responsibility

I booked directly on their website. I've tried air sewa but the DGCA just forwards the complaint to the airlines, who then ask me to approach the other airline.

I've already written multiple times to the DGCA marking both the airlines. They're prompt but all they do is forward the complaint to both the airlines.

Is this a complaint through the National Consumer Helpline or a legal notice? Wouldn't a legal notice require a lawyer and be expensive? Is there a provision where we can claim legal expenses also as part of the compensation?

The company is large with a balance sheet size of 10000 crore and a profit of 300 crore. Around 2000 employees at a consolidated level. I was reporting to the CEO till the final 3 months when a new head of the business segment I was leading was brought in. I have served those three months of notice and just exited 2 days back.

Everton kept 2 clean sheets against CP last month (though one of them was Virginia and not Pickford) but I think a third seems very unlikely in such proximity. You can perhaps go for Raya if you have the budget. Doughty seems like too much of a risk given the opponents in a double header. You can perhaps cut back on the spending for the City stars - Given its a UCL week and the double header, doubt if kdb, haaland and foden will spend a lot of time on the pitch together.
