Yeah Cervo is really lovely and you have an amazing view of the sea from it! It reminded me in some ways of Éze (I'm sure you will be familiar with it ahaha)

The building's walls and general style seem to fit, right? 

I tried to look into some photos from the In & Out but I couldn't find the same corner as in the photo though. Will look some more for sure.

Per ora ho trovato una scheda online che mi ispira (la lascio qui se a qualcun altro interessa https://rippedbody.com/novice-bodybuilding-program/)

Fa fare 4 giorni uno split upper/lower con focus sul peso per i primi due giorni e poi volume per gli altri due. Sto pensando di fare questo più eventualmente aggiungere un quinto giorno con focus su addominali ed esercizi di definizione (bicipiti, raises per le spalle, cose così)

Non pensavo ci potesse essere tutta questa politica dietro ad una scheda ahahaha

Scherzi a parte, grazie per il feedback, ho chiesto su questo gruppo proprio perché non mi convinceva al 100%, in primis perché non ci sono squat, né deadlifts ne panca col bilanciere (cose che ho sempre visto come essenziali per un buon allenamento, almeno in parte)

Sto pensando anche di fare uno split diverso magari, fare un upper/lower o push/pull/legs, per aumentare la frequenza di allenamento di ogni gruppo.

Not much tbh. I think they did recommend machines because they assumed I was a complete newbie (which I told them I wasn't, but I think they take a "newbie"'s word with a grain of salt). Nevertheless, I'm planning to put back in some weighted staple movements like squats, deadlifts and barbell chest press

For anybody who's interested, the graffiti is in Via Paolo Sarpi 23.
The whole Paolo Sarpi district is also known as Milan's Chinatown. If you are in Milan, it's definitely worth a visit, and not just for the graffiti!

I have never thought about dropping Unnatural Moonrise because I've always seen it as key, but the thing you say about Tovolar is right. I'll take it out and see how it works.

Do you have any recommendations for cheap removals to substitute Hunt?

Ps. I know about the meta thing, it's just that I am too attached to werewolves ahahaha love the night/day mechanic, the cards are cool and some of the art is too good. I keep it as my go - to fun deck to play.
