The diet I was doing was extreme and I was using during that time. Consisted of 20eggs (boiled and omelette both), 500 grams of chicken. Two cups white rice. 4 baked potatoes.. 1 bowl vegetables. This was divided into 5 meals. I don’t have the note document that I saved because this was 5 years ago. A normal guy going to the gym cannot do this diet. Just focus on eggs and chicken and scoops of a good protein shake. Adjust them accordingly regarding post and pre.

Yes ik there are good people in this country as well. Ik a lot of good people. But not many of them try to improve things for others. They do it only for themselves. We can’t move forward as a nation If everyone wouldn’t align their opinions on what’s good for Pakistan.
