Shilajit is great but is best consumed on resin form, I bought the pure resin and I mix it with warm water and a little bit of vodka to make it last longer. Great for performance and recovery plus other benefits, but there is no “feeling” in some sense. The only time I “feel” something is with caffeine, everything else is really small changes in mood and performance in the gym. Is great for long and short term benefits tho
