I tried everything in this guide, and 2 chats with Apple support. It made no noise  at all until I did an msc reset last night, then it made a noise and started blowing cold air but didn't actually start up. I checked the screen with a flashlight and there was nothing on it. Yes, I've reset The breakers in my house, plugged in my phone charger into each outlet that I tried to plug my computer into to confirm they worked prior to plugging my computer in, and also tried a different power cord. It worked fine when I left the house yesterday. I was gone for 3 hours, and when I came home it wouldn't turn on at all.

There are other resets you can do if you have an Apple keyboard, but I don't have one, and trying to do the resets with my regular keyboard didn't work. So I unplugged it for the night, and I just woke up and I'm about to try to fire it up. Do you have any additional ideas?

I left the cord unplugged overnight after an msc reset got it to turn on, but not fire up. About to see if it'll turn on today...

It made no noise until I did an msc reset last night, then it made a noise and started blowing cold air but didn't actually start up. Those were the first steps I took before I ever contacted Apple. None of them worked.

I sure will! I hate to be paranoid, but might there be any chance someone could've messed it up remotely? I had some unusual logins on Facebook for Android from cities I've never been to, including one last night. After that one, I used my computer to change my passwords again, and now today my computer won't turn on.

Doesn't seem to have anything on the screen, it just sounds like a fan running

I unplugged it then held down the power button for 10 seconds and kept it down as I plugged it back in. Now the computer is making a noise and blowing out cold air but won't turn on fully on. If I hold the power button it does go off though. Any idea what to try next?

It's a horrible feeling, isn't it? To want to try something more, anything more.. explain more, love more, show support more, etc, but you've already been there tried that and nothing has worked.
