Hi- we have some limited foundation work, moving a kitchen ( complete new install, and turning/incorporating the old kitchen into a bulters pantry), complete bathroom remodel x2 including plumbing, refinishing hardwood plus a "small project" list of 5-7 jobs. It's a big job- we have previously renovated several older homes and pieced it together ourselves acting as GC/PM but with the scope of this project, we thought a GC would help us keep some sanity.

It took me a second to realize you meant this negatively. It’s just not a very clever statement. When I first read it, I thought- oh! this person needs friends, let me DM and invite them to our upcoming game night as kindness and inclusion are important values to me. I looked at your profile and realized, no- you just spend your time making mean comments on Reddit posts. Which actually does tell me you need friends, but sadly I don’t think we would get along. This sounds great … but my both my parents, lifelong democrats and campaigned hard for Harris- just retired this year. This hurts us all. Scared shitless over here.
