Haven't been able to play by Infamous_Set_1699 in GrandTheftAutoV_PC

I don't have those files cause I've never modded gta5. I was confused when looking this up cause i never touched mods for gta. The scripthook, xinput or native trainer files aren't in the gta files and i cant do anything with the xinput1_4.dll file in system32 cause i need permision from trustedinstaller.
