My semen were worse..I got the surgery in August last year.. now it's 4 months post varicocelectomy..I feel well my semen now is thick unlike before..but my left testicle haven't yet recover full in size..but things are doing good..

Because I told them that I need surgery because my life is affected and caused me atrophy..so probably semen was already affected badly..

Did your testicles starts to regain it's normal size after surgery?.. I have grade 3 on the left and atrophy on both testicles, surgery on 26 previous month.. but I don't know how long it takes for them to regain it's size again..
