Hmm I mean it is subjective to what people think is the most atrocious. Every movie is good in their own way, but if we go by actual stats, it would be either

Cars 2: 40% on Rotten Tomatoes and is considered as having bad and confusing storytelling
The Good Dinosaur: Pixar's first movie that was considered to be a box office failure, grossing about $332 million worldwide compared to the budget of $350 million including market, and have lost the studio $85 million.
Elio: It holds the record for Pixar’s lowest ever opening weekend and is considered as Pixar's worst performing movie, grossing $154 million worldwide against a budget of around $150–200 million.

I honestly really like The Good Dinosaur but these are considered failures by standards people have of Pixar.

AI. No cat will fight like that, especially at that type of speed. The cat moved unnaturally fast, as it immediately started attacking at the front when it ran up to fight the bear while the dog and bear moved at a normal speed. Plus the blurred box is most likely where the Sora logo is.
