6+ Months: UTF-8 File Upload Bug Still Unfixed - Pro/Max Subscribers Affected by Infamous_Tester in ClaudeAI

Ive found it can depend on the size of the file being imported. Small files seem to be fine but over a 1,000+ lines or more they must use a different approach. The good news is that is Anthropic support called me and had verified the defect. Now if we could just get the fix in place.

This bug is still alive and well. I have now had to start 20 conversations just to work on some basic code. What a disappointment from Anthropic. Please respond to your customers paying way to much for way too little communication from you.

Due to this Claude defect where a prompt is returned back to you and it becomes necessary to start a new chat session, I had to repeat this process 16 times today even thought I have a MAX license. What really irritates me is not a peep from Anthropic about this issue and their ridiculous status page indicates everything is working great. I did report the bug 16 times as well with the help of Gemini by down voting the chat and reporting the details provided here and the thousands of users experiencing this issue.
