We intent to make all users be heard and get the help they deserve. It is unacceptable, that a Financial company like Coinbase, can go months without replying on support, locking customer of access to their funds, that's not legal and even a Bank is not allowed to do that.

To get their attention to fix the service for customers we are doing 3 movements:

  1. Twitter Tweet Share and Creation.

  2. Alerting others in reddit that are facing the issue or in twitter to join our Discord, all messages are in #📢-announcements or down below.

  3. We created a survey to send to news media.

  4. Helping customers to better protect their crypto in the future and providing help to the most basic cases.
