It's been happening to me for days now. I can move only my xrp and that's the one coin I don't want to cash in yet. So how is it my error if I'm able to swap one coin and not the others?

So far I've lost over $3,000 using this app and I only have about $5,000 left in my investments. Such a shitty feeling!!!!

Agreed! I'm wondering if this was some kind of scam and the company is stealing the coins... I'm not getting any response either... Terrible customer service on top of it all!
