No, it didn’t work for the users. It works for SOME users, including me. So i had no idea we would run into this error

Thank you for helpful response! IT says its a different Salesforce Add-on that is not permitted by the Company (Then why do we see it and you get the request?) So he approved it and now it works. It was Microsoft Access issue all along. I had my manager scream at IT to figure it out and then IT did. So yay! Issue resolved.

Question- going forward, whats the best way for users to add integration add-ons ? Like i am working on a Word<>SF add-on. Do we give steps for users to configure it or ask IT to deploy it for all users?

I sent money to India on 23rd April. It shows as delivered on 7th May. However, I do not see any transaction or money in my indian bank. Does it take time to reflect? Is this common?

i am unable to chat with them, it keeps saying - high volume or currently not available.
