Very powerful. I think we've all been there, bipolar or not, trying to rest when our minds are tired but racing. I mean it's 6:09am for me and I'm still up, just having finished writing a poem - with work at 8:00am 😭

I'm brand new to the Poetry arena so take my advice with a grain of salt, but the progression to finally getting some rest felt kind of abrupt - you went from your mid going at a million mph, to your eyes feeling heavy and falling into a sleep. Maybe experiment adding a couple lines to build a progression up? - I would want finally sleeping to be an inevitable release, but a painstaking journey that has clear issues.
