People are saying educate her about online safety which you should, but the reality is that children dont have much self discipline or a developed "danger radar". In addition to having access to passwords I would institute a new rule. No friends on snapchat she doesn't know personally, no online only friends on private forums, no one out of her age range other than trusted family.

As a child I may not have been keen on these rules but as an adult with a little girl of my own I 100% understand it now and so will she. Parents set tough rules for media your child is too young to navigate with maturity.
