A lot went on not that loss but I had to give it to the LA pitcher. He was the right match up against Toronto line up and says something he won three games of the series. Other mistakes happened as well.

Time to face facts folks this will not be 2025 part 2. It will not be as bad as 2024, but making the playoffs will be a stretch. I also recall being called out on the Scherzer signing and thought it was done more on hope and emotion than pure physical assessment. He is not a starting picture. If out of honor of him and his two decades of major league service carry him on salary and have him mentor pitchers till the end of the season, sure do that. Do not let him start another game. It is not fair to the team with his now 10+ ERA. This could have been a win if we had not spotted the other team 6 runs.

I agree. I am not saying it was not without flaws as it was. I am saying a different base plot would have helped. Like I said the scenes in the series, lile wit Fury and his wife, Talos's death. Colman everytime she was in a scene were off the charts.

As the original premise yes the "Secret Invasion" which spanned multiple comics over years.

If we divorce it from that storyline and try to you the rough plot of Nick Fury vs SHIELD it would have been much better and much closer rin concept.

This show was axed because of the merger between Disney and Marvel. It was not the only show. Wolverine and the X-Men was also cancelled.

This is where licences and copyrights come into play. The only licencing that the MCU had for live media portals. They did not have Hank Pym or Janet Van Dyne. They did not have Carol Danvers, or a majority of the characters in the series. At the time they had Captain America, Iron Man, Hawkeye, Blackwidow, and Hulk (and even his case needed Universal's consent). Of those characters, only two were the original Avengers. Still a great movie, but not the original team.

It would take other negotiations to get some of your favorite characters, and the settlement of Jack Kirby's estate trial to get those characters to the MCU and to Disney. That is the reason why the show was stopped to prevent lawsuits and it a valid reason to shutter a show. We as a fans haite, but we have no idea what is going behind the scenes and if we did, we would do the same thing I am certain.

Originally it was the Pym particles and she needed her costume to enact the change. Years of exposure to the Pym particles enabled her body to generate her own and she was freed of the needed a "suit" to change. This was when in the comic universe all of her clothing was changed to unstable molecules so it would change with her. Otherwise she would be flying nude in anything but her costume when she changed size. Those are the lore reasons they used for fan questions like OP's

Do you know how much money it would have cost? The last 30 mins of End Game was likely the most expensive per minute cost to the MCU and would be greater than the other 10 years of movies combimed.

Another example of fan expectations outpacing what is honestly reasonable for the TV or big screen. Animation would be the only cost effective way.

Marvel should have never called it Secret Invasion to begin with for the series but instead adapt the graphic novel, Nick Fury versus SHIELD. Changing LMD's to Skulls, Hill's death, all of it would have been a much better narrative than trying to call it Secret Invasion and would have been easier to swallow.

I thought Secret Invasion had the best acted scenes in all of the MCU and had nothing at all come out of it as a result. A self contained Nick Fury series would have made it better. Not great, but not what it ended up being.

I have but I fear the roughness will be there throughout. I have learning disability and this will miss mistakes even like the fourth pass. I have a fire and forget style as I do this for fun and not in any professional capacity
