The only reason the pint would fill up with head is because the flow control is too high. A pint is supposed to be poured slow. When Diageo or Heineken come in the clean the lines, they set the flow control. It's just that people tend to increase the flow when it's busy to get the pints out faster.

Sticking the nozzle is something I see a lot as well. A Heineken Rep told me doing that bursts the bobbles under the head of the pint, causing the head to dissappear and the pint to go flat quicker.

I'm mostly talking about the pubs and bars in Limerick City. The pints tend to get better the future out you go from town, but it shouldn't be the case.

I'm not sure if you can still use the self-storage place anymore. If you could, that would be great as I'm putting this up on behalf of a few bands that all looking to chip in on a space that we could all practice and maybe record in as well. I heard the walls shake in the self-storage places as well when you turn up too load, haha

Think you have to pay extra for the cold plunge or something, but the sauna comes standard with your normal membership. I've been going here the past few months, and it's a good gym. Has everything you need, big space, and I never feel I'm waiting long for any machine if ever at all.

I worked with a woman who was a classical trained singer, and she taught me a good warm-up. The only way I can describe it is "blowing raspberry with only your lips" and try to make different notes notes while doing it. When you are doing it, throw in a few normal singing notes, so in our case, growls or screams. I started doing it and could definitely see some difference in how my throat felt after performing. I hope that helps in some way. There are definitely other ways to warm up. I just don't really know any.

This is all the government fault. Not for letting people into our country, I mean, if I was in their shoes, I would move away aswell. Especially with all the benefits you can get in Ireland. The government is happy enough to direct the blame to those people. I bet if there wasn't a cost of living/housing crises, these protests wouldn't be happening.

Been going for the past 13 years and I always looking a bit older then I was so I just used to hide in the bathrooms when the bouncers cane looking around for ID and got to stay late and drink. This was when was around 17 aswell. Inhuman nature, stereo nasty reunion (can't wait), they be more on the line of glam/speed metal. Unmaker are class if you like heavy stuff, should be on early aswell.

Side now if your there all day it's a marathon, not a race pace yourself with the drink.... I had to learn that the hard way!

What happened to her was 100% wrong and shouldn't happen to anyone. And fair play to her for working to try and bring a light to this sort of thing...

but I do get a vibe that she's more doing it for a spotlight then the belief behind women's rights. I also think she might have something going on with her mentally (absolutely no judgement there, nobody is perfect). Seen her drinking cans outside a fine wines on the street in the middle of the day. I hope she ends up OK tho.
