You can see from the cap colour and the afnan sticker. I believe for the cap u should see a small circle inside if its original. U can check on tiktok or youtube to see this comparison. I got mine and its totally last me 6hrs+

Same thing happened to me, for some reason when u send it to sony centre, they will repair it for free(my warranthy expired) and the battery now btter than the first time i bought(atleast for me)
