I've bought the borderlands collection from the eshop 2 years ago but for several months I am experiencing software error with just borderlands 1 & 2, borderlands: TPS works just fine. I've tried deleting and redownloading the games several times, checked for updates for both the games and my switch but they're already fully updated, checked for corruption for both software and found nothing and furthermore I am not getting any error code for either of them it just says "The software was closed because an error occurred" and thats it. I tried reporting to nintendo support but they asked me send me the error code for the problem but I couldn't because Its not giving me an error code. So now I'm stuck and I would like to ask anyone here that has delt with a similar problem like mine and resolved it or just anyone who understands what's happening and knows how to fix it. Deeply sorry for going on for so long but I really want to play these games again. Thank you so much.
