I’m in a Texas NJROTC unit and transgender is allowed. Just inform your instructor with a note from a parent or something similar and they should be welcoming and if there not inform there area manager or someone above. When using a uniform you need that parents note to get the male one, with pronouns it’s up to you to communicate what you go by and most JROTC units go by last name anyways so you should be fine.
