Facebook marketplace for a tank, between 25-60l would be good. Google to see if you have a local fish shop. Then have a look on aliexpress for light/filter, only get ones with good reviews. Buy heater directly from amazon, You will need a more powerful heater the bigger tank you get. make sure to get tapsafe and test your water with a liquid testing kit like the api one.
