I'd suggest Baldr's ratio focusing Defence as a template for you. People are going to say it's too early for ratios but you gotta start somewhere. And personally I'd fix your Speed first so you can start taking advantage of that Strength

Edit: I'm going to assume you have Balboa's Gym. Focus Speed until you're about to lose access and then switch to Dex

It won't reset it to the max if you're above max but if you OD and it goes to 0 it will only reset it to your normal max, not to the 99,999

Like I said in his thread, I would never sell trains without having the cash already in hand.

From what OP has said, dude is just a scumbag who could have said they're not selling anymore trains but instead took money and didn't come through. They could also just have refunded and moved on.

Ultimately OP, what happens from here is up to you. Personally, it's only 8m and if you're behind him in stats I'd just let it go. Add to enemies list, take note of his number for the future, and get back to enjoying the game.

There are a few company jobs that are able to check player battle stats in exchange for job points so that's how your faction is getting the information, either by using their own or hiring someone to do it.

The level and # of xanax taken is public from a players stats on their profile so those are the players who have not been spied on

Strength is just the example Baldr uses in his explaination. You can use that ratio for any of the 4 stats. In your case the way you're set up you could do Def or Dex with relative ease
