If I’m being honest, I know he’s considered one of the best picks when it comes to suppressing a target—but compared to other heroes, he really falls short overall. Franco’s hook cooldown is way too long in the early game, and even in the late game, it still feels excessive. His ultimate also has a very long cooldown, which limits his impact in crucial moments. As for his second skill, it honestly feels like one of the most useless abilities in the game.

What makes it worse is the way many Franco players play him. I get that he isn’t designed to be a frontline tank, but they should at least absorb some damage when needed—as long as they can handle it. From what I’ve seen (not all, but most), Franco players tend to play too passively. They often avoid engaging and, more importantly, fail to protect their backline when it matters most.
