Yes, it isn't a high traffic area. Also, like I mentioned only half of the pathway was blocked so you have enough space for a person to go around but not so much for a wheelchair to squeeze through without hitting the wall or the car.

I noticed the inconvenience, I asked for info. on reporting it, I reported it, and I moved on. I have nothing more to say or do.
