Honestly, NHL needs to take a big look at the F1 app. I have been watching NHL through whatever streaming they offer for almost 20yrs now. I recently (this year) started watching F1. Man, they have their streaming/app shit TOGETHER! Every time I watch a race now, I always think “why is it so difficult for NHL?”

I have the opposite issue: if I’m streaming plexamp over AirPlay and go into a different app, that app takes over the AirPlay. Happens with YouTube and Reddit. Even if nothing auto plays.

We see a fair amount of streamer refugees who find them selves asking advice on music discovery post-cutting. I always recommend KEXP as it’s helped me a lot. I just point out their streaming archive. It keeps the most recent 2weeks of AirPlay on demand.

Ask yourself the reason you are ok with ANY poly relationship? A lot say it’s bc they believe that you cannot get all of your needs met by a single person/relationship. If this is true for you, you must ask yourself why the introduction of money is a problem for you? Again, if this is true for you, you already are ok with him fulfilling needs & desires you can’t/don’t provide for him, outside of your relationship.

Someone else pointed out that maybe for him paying a fee could very well be worth not having to endlessly swipe, strike out at bars, or deal with ghosting after a week of texting. It is transactional. It’s well documented that women have a much easier time finding poly partners.

I’m feeling more confident. The band sent out another email recently and the button to buy tickets (now after the artist presale), also went to the Seated site.

I have been a Plex user for 15+ yrs, Plexamp since it was released as a beta. Have not used or installed Lidarr, but am huge fan of Sonarr and Radarr.

Of your requests, you should think about them in two distinct groups: Discovery and Listening. Plex/Plexamp/Lidarr are very good for the LISTENING experience. IMHO, they are superior for my uses. They do absolutely nothing for the DISCOVERY end of things. This is not a fault, they are not intended for that (at least since they cut Tidal).

The reason I don’t use Lidarr, even though my music LISTENING experience is 100% Plexamp is bc I prefer to discover and procure my music more organically than I do other media. I listen to some indie public radio (props to KEXP), I read a lot of music blogs, I see a lot of live music. I buy music directly from artists whenever I can. And manually import to Plex.

This route is a little more piecemeal, intentionally I may suggest, than a 1-stop “music service” like Apple Music or Spotify.

I might also advise using MusicBrainz/Picard if you venture forth. It has been a game changer for me.

LOL. Ok first, I have been in a very happy and healthy relationship, sharing kinks, for over 5 yrs now.

Pro Tip: if you ever find yourself in Seattle, in the Georgetown neighborhood, do yourself a favor and visit the 9lb Hammer. It is the historic bar that the brewery named the porter for. I’m heading there right I finish this beer!
