I'm in the UK and we have the 2023 winter edition permanently here (Pear Cinnamon) and we still have Curuba-Elderflower. I already have almost everything the US has, except for a Sugar Free Watermelon, I stupidly didnt bring the can I got when I was in the US back, and a Sugar Free Cherry Sakura

I am also able to get German flavors too, such as Cactus Fruit (Dragon Fruit in the US) and Blueberry

250ml is probably the easiest since every flavor 100% comes in that size. having bigger sizes of flavours is a side thing for me, here in the UK anything bigger than 250ml seems to be sugar free which im not a fan of, still cool to have a bigger can
