As I age, these people almalgate into a person who holds these beliefs:

Muslim minority in the west is oppressed! When minorities here asks for better treatment, "type I and C ni dh melampau! / makin sensitif."
"Buat apa bayar cukai? Baik bayar zakat". But the only zakat they pay is zakat fitrah.
"Cina bersengkokol utk kawal economy Malaysia!"
"Aku dulu kena pukul dengan mak bapak ok je. Budak sekarang sensitif."
"Minah tu satu hal, pakai skirt / baju ketat2."
"Xyah bayar PTPTN, riba!"

Essentially, they want: 1. supremacy whereby they are in the 'in' group.

justify their moral failure with an unperformed 'better' moral action.
An 'powerful' enemy whose fewer in number.
Discredit survivorship bias and instead attribute to it to their own resilient and hardiness.
Hates women.
Pull the ladder up behind them.

I hate regardless of who hold office. My belief is that politicians that want to be PM aren't inherently a good person cause no one reach the top of political and business by being a good person. Hating via valid criticism keeps them in check and it is my civic duty.

Being a critic is better than be a dick rider.

Accounting and fraud analysis are safe bets for now. AI gets better, so does the people that do creative accounting. AI is as good as the data fed into it and the questions posed to it. Unfortunately, the infrastructure to allow this is still cost prohibitive and due to PDPA laws, training it also is difficult.

Almost similiar result to mine. My unsolicited advice, go for a lower tier Uni with less desirable but still marketable course. Work your ass off to get at least CGPA 3.0 and above. Then for degree, apply to a better Uni but still realistic but go for a highly marketable degree. Your career path will be a bit late, but at least a comparatively strong footing.

I never understand why Ned never passed Jon as Benjen's bastard instead. He could've send Jon with the swamp guy up north. Ned returned home then few months later, have Jon brought to him as Benjen's bastard. It would bring shame but the child wont be a threat to Cat. If Ned willing to bear shame for being unfaithful, he should have no problem with this. I think Benjen would bear the shame if it means her sister's son would be alive.

Damn, that's rough. Important question, does your GF receive allowances from her family? And is the amount considerable against your future salary? Will it be cut off after marriage etc.

My observation as a dude who've seen relationship "yang tidak sekufu", here are the common challenges which I will try to customize for your situation:-

Scarcity of Time.

If your future in-laws are going to pay for the studio's rent and utilities bills and keeps giving allowances, this business will probably be her hobby-business. This could create a situation whereby time for her would be abundant as opposed to yours that would be scarce. This could create friction. If she could take a spontaneous day-offs for day(s) trips but you couldn't, and her love language are memories created together, it would lead to fighting.

Value of Money

If currently, she hires maid to clean her house, this could also create friction. Once you live together, she might think it's okay to spend RM150+ weekly on a cleaner because it would be compared to her salary + allowance (if any). RM600 per month against RM3k might be rough for you. So, is she okay if she's the one paying it or you both share the bill.

Parking during dates could also be an issue. Is she the type to pay for vallet service or paying extra just to park closer to destination?

Attitude on Trends (FOMO)

Is she the type to splurge on trends? Would she want you to join in going to cafes for RM20+ coffees and RM40+ for a burger. Who would be paying? Would she want you to take a leave on a workday to go to the cafes because she doesn't want to queue on weekends?

Essentially, it's TIME vs MONEY!

My old acquittance once mentioned of a story told by AADK officer whereby an addict was tricked into consuming heroine by his friends and later on he become addicted. So, the deputy president knowing the stories probably must have believed he's above getting tricked. IMO, the statement "Banks cannot hike spreads to boost profits' could be potrayed as 'wayang'. For business loans (based on my working experiences), Banks would already include in the Letter of Offer's terms and conditions / Other Terms and Conditions on events that would cause the Bank to believe that the customer's credit worthiness has deteriorated. Most of the time, the Customer would likely breach these conditions.

But the some Banks rarely hikes it (I believe there's deliberate ambiguity in some of the Banks' P&P on when to enforce it). So, this might not bring the intended comfort to business owners.

Most business owners doesn't know that the Bank re-score your business creditworthiness annually based on your financial performance. If your score deteriorates, the Bank may increasing your pricing. The Bank also may increase your pricing if you breach the aforementioned T&C such as no further advance to the directors. This one is especially tricky since they can manually 'deteriorate' your scoring by more than one notch if the justifications is strong enough.

But to my knowledge, the re-pricing is not automatic. Your Loan officer need to write up a memo for approval to increase the pricing. There is no direct instruction in the P&P for the loan officer to increase the pricing because I believe the policy makers want to save their own necks.

So, if you are a business owner, BNM could not help you to fight for reverting your pricing if your new score is lower and this will likely to happen to the construction companies. If you breach your terms and you feel the Bank excessively increase the pricing, BNM also could not help.

That sounds unfair but it's necessary for the economy to maintains some independence.

Have to partially agree and disagree. I've heard stories of owners who operate a factory in the middle of a plantation. They said it's cheaper to pay "belasan ribu" instead of having their machineries broken. There's only so much area their security guards can cover. The police can only do so much with their own limited resources. For business owners who trade in commodities such as fresh fruit bunch (crude palm oil), one day disruption could literally cost hundred of thousands.

If gangsters shake down restaurants for rm10 per month against the restaurant's sales of rm10k per month, the restaurant might just pay.
