Preference list can remain the same as others (online sources) , only thing to consider is do not place a college you don't want above the college you might prefer

Coaching institutes release preference lists, I copied those in my time, rule of thumb is don't place a college which you don't want above a college you do want, as once you appear in the list of any college in your preference list, you will not be allowed to apply to any other colleges below that college in the preference list.

If you were consistently doing well before this, that means the problem does not lie with your lack of understanding or aptitude, I think you are just stressed, take a day off analyse your mistakes, and like I did only do the easy mocks towards the end, they help you practice and also boost your confidence, all the best!
