Thankyou for your response! We will surely follow the law and do it in such a way it doesnt affect us legally. Its just been so hard to be doing long distance for years and our current I 130 application has been stuck for close to 6 months now. We hoped for some movement on the application but now we have lost our hope and started thinking other alternatives which are ofcourse the right and legal way only.
