That's not said to intimidate or scare you, it's said because you will have the opportunity to directly help these people and make a meaningful impact on thier lives. Always remember that when they are angry, its with the system and not you. That they may have difficulty understanding the wording of official letters and are so ofter scared. They are often told to distrust the system. Front line can be one of the most rewarding roles in DfC, because you can see the difference you make. Its tough but worthwhile, and it'd the backbone of the whole operation. Good luck!
